Process for New trial in Nepal

At first I was in dilemma whether where to get forms and after getting forms what to do etc. There ain't so much information on what to do before the trial. There ain't any help desk to get information.
So in this post I am gonna share some information on What to do during submission of form.

Step 1:

  • Very Very important part is First get away from thugs. There are lots and lots of thugs who will swarm you around saying I will do this that blaa blaa at this cost etc.
  • Get original citizenship and original blood test card if you have. Two passport size photos which is to be glued in the first form at the top and at the end ,not necessary to glue photo at the middle of form.
  • First of all go buy form which you will get inside the office at the left side on one storeyed building which will cost NRs.15, you will get two pages in one form .(Note: Please donot buy forms outside the office it will cost NRs.20 or more there are lots of thugs around. Watch yourself.
  • The first form is to be filled out by yourself.
  •  Don't let thugs/brokers fill your form because its so simple to fill the form and if they fill they charge you.
  • Get ticket of Nrs.10 from the right side of form taking section or simply ask people around.;
  • After filling first form you need to go to Room No.12 which next new building at the right side of main office. If not found ask people around where the blood testing room is?
  • In that section they check your eye vision capacity they randomly show some numbers and you need to answer that. After that they will fill the 2nd form themselves.
  • After the completion of both form then go to line to submit your form.
  • After you form is submitted you need to wait to get it back.
  • After you get your forms back you need to pay NRs.200 and you will get the admit card.
  • Right next day, you will face exams starting from @7a.m
  • At noon like 4 p.m to 5 p.m your result will be published in http://www.dotm.gov.np/bagmati-license/license-result . For other zones just replace bagmati and search.
  • And the next day of exam after you get passed there will be trial at Minbhawan,Baneswor or say in Trollybus office.

Form 1

NOTE:Donot involve with any Brokers. Thank you.

Trial/Licence in Nepal 2015

Namaste Nepal !!!

In this post I'm gonna discuss about trial or liscence taking process in Nepal according to the lastest system. According to the latest system of trial giving process there has been certain changes in the trial process. Currently the trial giving places looks like below diagram.
Diagram for latest trail system in Nepal

As you can see in above diagram its totally different than we used to give in those past days. The diagram might seem complicated but its easier once we get used to it. The first diagram is the sample for 4-wheeler(i.e.Car, Jeep , Truck) and the below sample is for 2-wheeler(i.e. Motorcycle and Scooter).
Steps for 2-wheeler
  • At first you need to go through 8 type of sample. While going round the 8 looking type just go make a complete 8 and then again make half S from the right.(Note: If you either touch the ground by legs or if your bike/scooter's tyre touches the border line then you will fail the trial.)
  • After completion of 8 you will come across zebra crossing. Becareful signal lights are up higher you might not see it sometimes. If its red then you should stop , if not then you can cross zebra crossing.
  • After zebra crossing you will come across the plank. The plank seems pretty narrow you should handle your bike/scooter properly.
  • Immediately after the plank there comes turning to test the signal/indicator. Just immediately after crossing the plank or while in the plank you can turn left side indicator on.(Note: If you forget to turn on your indicator then you will fail)
  • After turning there comes slope where you should stop your bike/scooter by not touching the yellow line. While stopping your left leg should give support but not your both legs. For bikers you should use leg brake not the disk brake.
  • After traffic gives signal to proceed slowly move towards downward slope. There again its written "Please Stop" where you should stop between two yellow line without touching it.
  • After that you have to go across speed breaker where you should be at bit careful otherwise you might get fall in the ground.
